Leaveo

Leave management with the calculation in plain view.

Teams of five to two hundred still run time off through email threads and a shared spreadsheet. The cost is not the admin — it is the arithmetic nobody can check. Leaveo makes the working-day result, and the policy behind it, visible before a balance ever changes.

The problem

One team, several working weeks.

A company with people in Cairo and people in Chicago does not have one weekend. It has two, plus two sets of public holidays, plus the manager in the middle trying to work out whether Friday counts.

Leaveo gives every person a workforce group that carries its own weekend pattern and holiday calendar. The requester's group is the policy source, so the same date range charges differently for different people — correctly, and with the reason attached.

Change future policy without rewriting history: past requests keep the result and the rules that produced them.

Who it is for

Three jobs, one source of truth.

Employees

Balance-first dashboard, a request submitted in seconds, and a preview that states exactly how many working days will be charged and why — before it is sent.

Managers

One approval inbox with the dates, the group and the policy source in front of you, and a team calendar to spot the coverage clash before you approve it.

HR and People Ops

Workforce groups, weekend rules, public holidays, leave types, entitlements and reporting lines — plus approval backstop when a manager is unavailable.

What is in it

The delivered platform.

  • Requests and approvals with a transparent working-day preview, decision history and balance integrity.
  • Workforce groups with per-group weekend patterns and public holiday calendars.
  • Team calendar showing who is off, working from home, or on a public holiday.
  • Notifications in the app and by email on submission, approval and decline.
  • Leave types and entitlements maintained by HR, per person and per group.
  • English and Arabic throughout, with full right-to-left layout and a per-user language preference.
  • Verified self-service sign-up, guided setup, and secure hosted checkout for paid plans.
  • Assisted provisioning for larger organisations, migrations and complex implementations.

Released when released. Operational reporting and exports, calendar synchronisation, and Slack or Teams delivery are built on the platform and enabled per plan as each passes its release gate. We list a capability as available only once it actually is, and we will tell you plainly which of them your plan has on the day you ask.

Plans

Free is not a trial.

Free is permanent, capped by active people rather than by time, and never asks for a card. Paid plans are priced per active user per month; pending invitations reserve a seat but are not billed until accepted.

  • Free 1–5 active users · $0 forever · no card · verified self-service sign-up
  • Starter 6–50 active users · per active user, monthly · self-service or assisted
  • Growth 51–200 active users · per active user, monthly · self-service or assisted
  • Enterprise Over 200 users, or migration and complex implementation · assisted, custom

This page describes the tiers, not the amounts. Prices are held in the plan catalog inside the product, and the Leaveo pricing page that publishes them is not live yet — ask us and we will send you the current figures rather than a number that has gone stale on a marketing page.

Leaveo is owned and operated by Larva.

Same team writes the migration, the approval screen and the incident runbook. If something in Leaveo is wrong, there is no vendor to escalate to — there is us.
