Larva is the parent company that owns and operates Leaveo. Contracts and invoices for Leaveo are issued by Larva LLC.

Hours

Sunday to Thursday, 09:00–17:00 EET. Email outside those hours is answered on the next working day. Existing Leaveo customers with a production incident should use the escalation path in their agreement.

Security and privacy

support@leaveo.net, marked for the security team — for vulnerability reports and data-protection questions. Please include steps to reproduce and give us a reasonable window before disclosure.

Helpful things to put in a first email: how many people it is for, which country or countries they work from, what you are using today, and any date you are working towards. That is usually enough for us to answer properly instead of asking for a call first.
